1. Shipping Information
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Standard Shipping (5-14 business days): Free shipping.
- Express Shipping (1-3 business days): $20 flat rate.
- Shipping Destinations: We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Vaultage is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
2. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. International Shipping
We ship to various countries around the world. Please note that international shipments may incur additional customs and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns
You have 45 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@vaultagewallet.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Exchanges

5. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items cannot be returned.
